INSPECTION AND METROLOGY FOR AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY
ARS industrial computed tomography systems provide three-dimensional radiological reconstructions that allow you to analyze the product internal structure, performing metrology analysis for quality control.
Thanks to ARS inspection systems it’s possible to detect intruders, fractures, defects, porosity, deformation, performing accurate measurements. Additionally, CAD format reconstructions can be exported for Reverse Engeneering or Rapid prototyping applications.
Typically used as off-line control, industrial X-ray systems are safe and self-shielded. Their use do not cause safety problems as operations are automatic and personnel do not need to access to radioactive areas. Basic applications use x-ray generator of a few hundred watts.
